Our exhibition explores the space between difference and similarity that arises from intense observation and consideration. It focuses on interpretations of proximity through mimicry, repetition and reiteration. The closer together things are, the more the differences appear. The project follows a loose trajectory from narrative to formal interpretations of nearness.
A full colour, 64-page catalogue, with poster wrap, accompanied the exhibition. Our catalogue was nominated for a 2018 Ontario Association of Art Galleries design award. Catalogues are available through any of the venues or contact us.
